Assembler 2nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled Assembler 2nd Shift to join our team at Filtration Group. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality filtration solutions for various industries.

• Assemble and process filtration components, including sawing, wrapping, and packaging.
• Set up and operate hot tables for final assembly of filtration elements.
• Identify and select the correct molds for attaching end caps.
• Monitor temperature settings for proper adhesive curing.
• Operate dispensers to obtain adhesives and use work orders to identify end caps.
• Set up and operate hot melt stations for attaching thermally bonded end caps.
• Use band saws to cut raw tubes to required lengths and routers to identify proper material and wrap cores.
• Package and label finished goods according to customer orders or work orders.
• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of equipment.

• Ability to read and follow instructions on work orders and routers.
• Ability to use tools and measuring devices provided.

• Long periods of standing on concrete floors.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, kneeling, reaching, climbing, twisting, bending, and sitting.
• Pushing mobile carts.
• Using required personal protective equipment.
