Job Overview

Mt. Carmel Care Center is a boutique-sized, long-term care facility nestled in the heart of the Berkshires. As a Faith-Based, Non-Profit organization sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013, we maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents.

We are seeking to hire a Dietary Aide - Full-Time to join our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare dining rooms for meal times
  • Engage with elderly residents, providing quality customer service
  • Fulfill dietary orders requested by Certified Nursing Assistants
  • Clean the dining area after meals, restocking supplies as needed

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • No previous food service experience necessary; training provided
