Key Responsibilities- Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy and counseling sessions with patients aged 16 and above.
- Maintain accurate and timely notes for each patient.
- Work full-time hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Our Medical Director and CEO maintain an open-door policy, encouraging open communication and feedback.
- Providers are expected to focus on clinical work, while administrative tasks are handled by other departments.
- We ensure that appointments are not double-booked, and hybrid appointments are scheduled based on patient needs.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision benefits, with eligibility starting after 60 days of employment.
- PTO, public holidays, sick leave, and CME time-off.
- A 401(k) contribution of 3.0% after 12 months of continuous employment.
- A quarterly bonus.
- Up to $1,000 annually towards CME, professional dues, memberships, books, journals, and other miscellaneous items.
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- US work authorization.
- Licensure to provide mental health treatment in the state of Texas.
- A strong clinical background with experience in psychotherapy.
- Excellent organizational, self-motivation, collaboration, curiosity, and proactivity skills.
- A working knowledge of EMR/EHR.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
