About the Role:
This RN Manager position offers a unique opportunity to lead our Blood Cancer Unit and contribute to the success of Med Career Solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing all department functions, supporting the mission and vision of our organization, and working closely with patients, physicians, and staff to deliver exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
- Identify cost-effective systems to support business operations, considering trends, resource availability, and customer needs.
- Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through continuous data collection and employee involvement.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to meet facility and unit goals.
