  • QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
    • Experience:
      • -A minimum of one to two years of experience in a fast-paced medical office environment is essential.
        -Proficiency in managing multiple phone lines is required.
        -Strong organizational and clerical skills are necessary.
        -Exceptional customer service abilities are a must.
        -Familiarity with Windows-based PC applications is required.
        -Knowledge of specific departmental services is advantageous.
        -Experience with insurance processes and physician billing is highly preferred.
    • Education and Training:
      • -Completion of two years of college or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
        -A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
        -Understanding of Medical Terminology is required.
        -Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is necessary.
        -Experience with multi-line telephone systems is required.
        -Familiarity with Meditech systems and computerized scheduling is preferred.
    • Licenses and Certifications:

        -Capacity to manage and prioritize various tasks throughout the workday.
