Position Overview:
Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Principal Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will engage with Missile Defense System (MDS) stakeholders to develop Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) requirements as part of our engineering objectives and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in engineering discussions and present updates on product development.
- Conduct analyses, summarize failure reviews, and provide recommendations.
- Lead the development, integration, and deployment of the C2BMC Planner.
- Collaborate with software vendors and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate quality assurance and testing initiatives.
- Support documentation and training efforts.
- Transform complex stakeholder information into actionable plans.
Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a STEM field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies and product development timelines.
- Knowledge of Missile Defense Agency operations, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office activities.
- Expertise in system engineering and execution processes.
- Proven ability to develop and present reports to senior management; exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment with government and contractor personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military experience is advantageous.
- Ability to apply network engineering solutions to support real-world testing and operations.
- Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
Clearance Requirement:
Secret clearance is required to start.

Compensation:
