We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor de Almacen for our Import Export division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the supply chain and ensure a seamless flow of materials to align with production schedules.
  • Delegate tasks and manage warehouse personnel to sustain an uninterrupted movement of goods.
  • Ensure accuracy in inventory management.
  • Conduct audits and refresh the materials inventory list.
  • Record and update transactions within the ERP system.
  • Prepare and assess production orders based on market demand.
  • Monitor material requirements to fulfill production objectives.
  • Design, adjust, and uphold operational procedures.
  • Perform staff evaluations and propose development strategies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the import/export processes of materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Preferred background in Engineering or a related field (incomplete).
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production oversight and inventory management.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
  • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
