The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages. • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff. • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. • Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests. • Process payments and provide accurate change or receipts. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas. • Assist with setting up and breaking down tables and bar areas. • Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures. • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. • A positive attitude and a team player mentality.
