Join Our Team as a Restaurant Server

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Server to join our team at Hyatt Centric Austin. As a Restaurant Server, you will be the face of our Food and Beverage operation, providing exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity that requires availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other servers to ensure seamless service
  • Prepare coffee drinks and alcoholic beverages as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and a team spirit
  • Availability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • TABC and Food handlers' certifications required
