We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing relationships with our existing 2,000 business clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and expand our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and lead a team to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Train and develop team members on our systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM for daily reporting and tracking.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
Licensing and Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
