Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough evaluations, including relevant history and health assessments, to determine the best course of treatment for each patient.

- Provide ongoing care and support to patients, including regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and a safe environment for patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid New York State Physician Assistant (PA) license.
- Registration as a registered professional Physician Assistant in good standing.
- DEA license.
- Basic life support certification for healthcare providers (BLS).
- At least five years of experience in a related field.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer-based data management programs and information systems.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
