**Responsibilities**

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, common areas, and other facilities
  • Dust, mop, and vacuum surfaces and floors
  • Empty waste receptacles and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Interact with residents and their families, providing excellent customer service and building relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the facilities team to ensure a clean and safe environment

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Professional, pleasant, and helpful attitude
  • Capable of respecting privacy and confidential information
  • 6 months of related work experience
  • Must complete mandatory yearly in-service training
