Project Manager Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Project Manager who demonstrates initiative and accountability to successfully pursue, manage, coordinate and complete projects.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue, develop, and execute projects in various sectors, including commercial site development, parks and recreation facilities, multi-family residential development, water systems, sewer lift stations, roadway infrastructure, municipal institutions, public works infrastructure, and staff augmentation.
- Manage project coordination, quality control, and ensure timely completion to meet client expectations.
- Primary interface with clients on project coordination and design.
- Supervise, direct, and mentor design engineers and drafters.
- P.E. License in Washington.
- Knowledge of codes, regulations, and standards applicable to the design and construction of major site development projects in Washington.
- Permitting experience with various municipalities.
- Ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills.
The estimated salary range for this role is $116,000 - $155,000, determined by experience, education, and skills. KPFF offers performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions. Additional benefits include:
