Job OverviewWe are seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join our dynamic team at Bethany Medical Clinic. Our goal is to provide high-quality, predictive, and compassionate care to our patients.
Salary and BenefitsThe base salary for this position starts at $220,000, with additional compensation based on experience and productivity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 2 weeks paid vacation annually, 1 week paid personal days, 5 Paid CME days, 6 paid closed holidays, reimbursement for certifications, and comprehensive medical health insurance.
Job DescriptionAs a Primary Care Physician at Bethany Medical Clinic, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our diverse patient population. Your role will involve:
- Providing routine check-ups, vaccinations, and preventive care services
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Collaborating with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A permanent NY License and active NY DEA License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of customer service and teamwork principles
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients
Our clinic is open Monday-Thursday 8 am-8 pm, Fridays 8 am-4 pm, and Saturdays 10 am-6 pm. We offer flexible scheduling to ensure that our providers work no more than 40 clinic hours per week. We also offer part-time positions for those interested in a reduced schedule.
