Physician - Virtual Primary Care Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in a virtual primary care role. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to deliver state-of-the-art patient-centered care in a digital platform, working remotely and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for primary care and be committed to the mission of the Mount Sinai Health System. You will be responsible for providing longitudinal care and acute care to patients, working to expand our virtual primary care office to be available for patients through a robust telehealth platform.
We are looking for a physician who is amenable to some evenings and weekends, and who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to partner with world-renowned Icahn School of Medicine and be part of a growing network of providers that practice on the cutting edge of virtual medicine.
Responsibilities- Provide medical care in a high-functioning, supported, virtual care environment
- Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a world-class health system
- Benefit from the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally ranked Medical School
- Significant opportunities for leadership and career development
- 2-3 years of outpatient in-person primary care experience required
- Prior experience with telehealth and Epic EMR is preferred
- Medical Degree from an Accredited University
- New York and New Jersey Medical License
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
Compensation range from 210K to 230K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)
Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, historical collections, and hospital/community need.
