Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • License: Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed.
  • Certifications: Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
  • Background Check: Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
