  • Monitor and Administer Care: Continuously monitor residents' health and administer medication and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Document Resident Care: Accurately document resident care services in resident and department records, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and up-to-date.
  • Infection Control and Prevention: Adhere to infection-control policies and protocols to protect residents and staff from the risk of infection.
  • Problem-Solving and Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to resolve resident problems and needs, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Quality of Care: Ensure that the quality of care provided meets the facility's philosophies and standards of care, promoting a safe and supportive environment for residents.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Supervise and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the needs of residents.
  • Confidentiality and Resident Trust: Maintain resident confidentiality and build trust by keeping sensitive information confidential.

Requirements:
