As a key contributor in the Maintenance Department, your responsibilities will include ensuring the upkeep of the facility and its equipment systems through various tasks such as basic maintenance and utility functions, managing deliveries, painting, operating industrial machinery, and performing thorough cleaning and maintenance activities.
Work Schedule:
Our standard work week runs from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime during nights and weekends. We offer immediate openings and provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize equipment for facility cleaning operations, including floor scrubbers and dust removal devices.
- Conduct various painting tasks throughout the facility and its grounds.
- Operate powered industrial forklifts and lifts to assist in material relocation.
- Aid in the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Perform general upkeep of the facility, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Carry out light maintenance tasks such as fluid level checks, light bulb replacements, and pressure washing, following appropriate training.
- Upon receiving proper training and certification, you may operate company vehicles as needed.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, floor scrubbers, scissor lifts) and similar tools as required.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and interpreting procedures and instructions in English.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
