  • Familiarize oneself with auxiliary equipment related to maintenance tasks.
  • Demonstrate a consistent commitment to service excellence, quality, and safety.
  • Interpret diagrams and schematics for work processes.
  • Utilize hoisting and lifting devices to safely position machinery.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and address non-routine repairs for all company assets.
  • Perform lubrication, servicing, diagnostics, repairs, assembly, and upkeep of vehicles, along with other maintenance duties.
  • Stay updated on changes to industry standards.
  • Ensure all work is inspected for safety and quality upon completion.
  • Confirm that all equipment meets DOT compliance after repairs.
  • Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Familiarity with applicable DOT regulations.
  • Understanding of company policies, procedures, HSE standards, and departmental guidelines.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to comprehend and convey instructions effectively.
  • Adeptness in interpreting blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting components.
  • Ability to grasp and apply fundamental diagnostic principles.
  • Capability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals and operational instructions, and communicate this information effectively.
  • Skill in writing reports and simple correspondence, and presenting information to groups.
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving work environments.
Minimum Required Education:
High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Minimum Required Work Experience:
2-3 years of relevant experience is required.
