Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise bartenders, beer tenders, and cashiers to ensure efficient service and high-quality customer experience.
  • Communicate event notes to zone staff, including intermission and last call timing, to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Oversee multiple F&B locations, including opening, closing, set up, and break down, to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Communicate with F&B Warehouse Supervisor and Bar Backs for during-show product replenishment to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Be present and available in assigned zone to support the use of POS devices during the show and assist staff with POS problem-solving.
  • Print and distribute Point of Sale (POS) stand sheet documents to ensure accurate sales tracking.
  • Verify opening counts, transfers, spoils, and ending stand sheet counts to maintain accurate inventory and sales records.
  • Receive, count, and inventory all concessions for retail, including beer, wine, soft drinks, water, liquor mixers, and packaged snack inventory items.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor to ensure the success of our operations team.
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Arkansas Beverage Certification required or willing to obtain within first 30 days of employment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to interact and supervise third-party subcontract vendors and nonprofit organizations working in a concession-stand or vending location.
  • Flexibility with hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, with occasional overtime required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
