- Acting as a technical resource for maintenance and production staff, providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Facilitating prompt problem resolution to avoid process interruptions and restore product flow efficiently.
- Documenting downtime events in the tracking system, including all technical details and identified root causes.
- Leading and supervising maintenance personnel.
- Coordinating, monitoring, and executing minor equipment and process improvement projects.
- Enhancing equipment performance through the implementation of reliability practices.
- Possess a 2-year technical degree in a maintenance-related field or equivalent experience.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, engineering, or a related industrial field.
- Demonstrate supervisory experience in a maintenance role within an industrial setting.
- Possess working knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and rotating equipment.
- Exhibit a strong safety mindset with a comprehensive understanding of safety policies and procedures.
- Show initiative in problem-solving and the ability to take independent action.
- Communicate effectively, adapting your style to engage with all levels of the organization.
- Be organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
