">You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Our Psychiatric Assessment Service unit is located on the first floor of the Vanderbilt Psychiatric Hospital, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient;
">Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and seamless care transitions;
">Assess patient needs and develop strategies to promote health and well-being;
">Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines;
">Maintain accurate records and reports to support quality improvement initiatives;

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you should have:

A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program;
">At least 1 year of experience in psychiatric emergency care or a related field;
">Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee;
">Basic Life Support (BLS) certification;
">Familiarity with electronic medical records and other clinical software;
