Salary
The annual salary for this position starts at $65,000 and increases with professional experience and licensure/certifications. Additionally, you may qualify for a $3,000 hiring bonus. Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Old Town Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide urgent and ongoing behavioral health services to patients, advocating for their needs and supporting their recovery journeys. Your expertise in crisis intervention, short-term psychotherapy, and group interventions will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as clinical social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), or other relevant credentials.
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a relevant setting, preferably working with unhoused populations and substance use disorders.
  • Certification in crisis intervention, such as CPR, and de-escalation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
