The estimated salary range for this position is $165,000 - $247,600. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company-paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leads a multidisciplinary team of engineers in the definition, planning, and execution of methodologies to test, verify, and validate system requirements.
  • Captures core concepts and instructional needs from large amounts of technical data (ground and space hardware) and communicates technical concepts to non-subject matter experts.
  • Performs system-of-system trades, modeling, simulation, and analysis to assess space mission architecture alternatives for delivering customer mission effects, data, or capabilities.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or other STEM-related field.
  • 12 years of experience in a related engineering field.
  • Active or current TS/SCI clearance.
  • Prior aerospace-related work experience for a U.S Government Agency or Contractor.
