We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at Penn National Gaming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run nightly reports to ensure accurate system resets for next day operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests while checking in and out.
- Maintain an operating bank and process cash, credit card, and comp transactions.
- Post charges, settle folios, groups, and due outs in a timely manner.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
