About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Meadowview Nursing & Rehabilitation. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Provide therapy services in a variety of settings, including individual and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
