Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Brake Press Operator with a minimum of 1 year experience to operate and maintain brake press machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal forming processes, blueprints, and precision measurement tools. You will be responsible for producing high-quality parts, ensuring equipment is functioning correctly, and making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate brake press machines to produce precision parts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on brake press machines.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Brake Press Operator.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of brake press operations and machine maintenance.
  • Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
