Job Summary

We're seeking an Industrial Engineer Intern to join our team in Canton, MS. As an Industrial Engineer Intern, you will work autonomously with the guidance of an experienced Industrial Engineering mentor to develop and maintain labor standards, analyze cycle times, and propose process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain labor standards for manufacturing, material handling, and equipment
  • Analyze cycle times to identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Propose, develop, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Create summary reports and present findings to management
  • Interact with multiple functions of the business, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, and others
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or Supply Chain
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skillsets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Ability to perform work onsite in Canton, MS
