Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize safety in all work-related activities for Team Members, guests, and products.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns by communicating clearly and efficiently with both customers and the management team.
  • Assist customers with various services, including applications for loyalty programs, dry cleaning services, money orders, and lottery transactions.
  • Motivate fellow Team Members and guests by demonstrating a commitment to excellence in service.
  • Answer phone calls courteously and direct them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages when necessary.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries at the Service Desk.
  • Develop familiarity with store products to effectively assist customers and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain a guest-first mentality, ensuring that all other tasks are secondary to guest assistance.
  • Handle products and equipment in compliance with safety and food handling guidelines to maintain a secure shopping environment.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the department and work area.
  • Support other areas of the store as needed.
