Job Overview:
EAM-Mosca Corp is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level line tender/packer roles within its extruded strapping operations. The positions involve 12-hour day shifts from 7 am to 7 pm, with a work schedule of 36 to 48 hours per week, including every other weekend. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 65 lbs and packaging finished products. Compensation is set at $18.00 per hour for day shifts and $19.00 per hour for night shifts. Built-in overtime, weekend differentials, and holiday premiums can elevate effective pay by over $1.25 per hour. The first-year earnings potential exceeds $39,000, along with opportunities for off-shift overtime. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided, along with a generous retirement plan. A drug screening, background check, and E-Verify are prerequisites. Proficiency in reading and understanding English is essential.
