- Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of good relationships with the local medical community.
- Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
- Prefer knowledge of store inventory control and PTCB certification.
