About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and self-confident Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with senior team members to service client accounts, develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts, and effectively deliver services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior team members in day-to-day account management for a specific set of clients.
  • Develop relationships with clients and carrier contacts.
  • Work proactively to deliver services to clients.
  • Participate in reviewing policies and carrier source documents for accuracy.
  • Assist with billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-confident to make sound independent decisions.
  • Ability to successfully interact with a variety of people and function well in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle situations in a calm, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Customer-focused to establish and maintain effective relationships.
  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products.
