Detalles del Trabajo:


Responsabilidades Principales:
Elaborar y mantener estimaciones, presupuestos y cronogramas integrales para una variedad de proyectos. Se deben incorporar consideraciones por el desperdicio de materiales, condiciones climáticas adversas, retrasos en el envío y otros factores que puedan aumentar los costos en la estimación.

Asistir en la determinación de los recursos necesarios para los proyectos basados en estimaciones de costos y restricciones presupuestarias.

Evaluar las condiciones existentes del sitio, como el acceso y la disponibilidad de electricidad, agua y otros servicios, así como la topografía y el drenaje de la superficie.

Revisar todos los Alcances de Trabajo, especificaciones de propuestas, dibujos y fotografías para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos del código de construcción; claridad de la información; consistencia entre los detalles del área y las descripciones; y precisión en las cantidades y elementos seleccionados.

Participar en reuniones preliminares de revisión de proyectos para discutir detalles del proyecto, antecedentes del cliente y prevención de futuros desafíos.

Proporcionar revisiones continuas de estimaciones de proyectos y cronogramas a lo largo del proyecto.


Fomentar relaciones de trabajo efectivas con oficios, consultores de proyectos y miembros del equipo en todos los niveles de la organización.


Experiencia / Habilidades Requeridas:
Título universitario en gestión de la construcción, ingeniería, ingeniería arquitectónica o disciplina relacionada. Más de 10 años de experiencia en estimación. Familiaridad con Excel, HCSS, Bluebeam, HeavyBid y Accubid es preferida.
