About the Position

We are seeking a talented Music Instrument Restoration Manager to join our team at West Music. This role requires a strong background in musical instrument repair and restoration, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

The salary for this position is estimated at around $62,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of expertise required. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of musical instrument restoration operations, ensuring high-quality service, timely repairs, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Restore and repair a wide range of musical instruments, including brass, woodwind, string, and electronic instruments
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and ensure instruments are returned in optimal condition
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
  • Mentor and train technicians to improve their skills and performance
