At Tufts Medicine Care at Home, we are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients.
Job SummaryThe Occupational Health Nurse will perform and supervise nursing duties in a designated area, adhering to the policies, procedures, and objectives of the department and hospital. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with other departments and services to create a system of quality healthcare.
Responsibilities- Perform and supervise nursing duties in a designated area, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and services to create a system of quality healthcare.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet the needs of patients.
- Provide education and training to patients and staff on occupational health topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- One (1) year of relevant clinical nursing experience.
