Coupa Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Tech Lead to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a Coupa Tech Lead, you will serve as a technical subject matter expert for the Coupa Procurement platform, conducting discovery sessions with business partners to build relationships and understand their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the solution/enhancement configuration and implementation to ensure that solutions are accurately scoped and delivered in line with business partner expectations.
  2. Develop and execute architectural strategy for design and implementation, creating and documenting solution designs, and working with other solution delivery leads to identify options, impacts, and recommendations.
  3. Design workflows specific to business process outcomes, understanding how to develop and integrate a proposed solution with the existing business and technical environment.
  4. Interact with System Integrators (SI), 3rd party vendors, SaaS partners to identify, evaluate, and enable new technology products for the platform.
  5. Provide project management, business analysis, and technical analysis for ERP and non-ERP applications within the Global Procurement domain.
  6. Develop deep skills and experience in design, implementation, and deployment of Coupa procurement solutions with a focus on upstream processes and downstream processes.
  7. Prepare and deliver demonstrations/presentations in support of implementation.
  8. Comfortable working in an international environment where you have to collaborate with a team remotely.
  9. Work with development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation and operability of solutions.
  10. Prepare, review, and sign-off on configuration, functional, and technical designs.
  11. Lead testing effort in development and quality environments, guiding users in UAT.
  12. Actively communicate and collaborate with functional leads across the ERP Program to support the business needs of the company.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3 years experience with Coupa configuration and technical implementation experience with one or more Finance and Procurement functional areas (e.g. Source to Procure, Procure to Order, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, Contracts).
  2. Minimum 5 years in application design, development, and configuration of technology solutions to support P2P business processes.
  3. At least 7 years experience in managing Procurement systems.
