About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our Sales Team at OnLogic. As a critical entry point for our customer base, you will be responsible for qualifying and uncovering new business opportunities while identifying how our hardware will best support their project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to inbound engagements via phone, email, and website chat.
  • Proactively identify opportunities in warm leads, inbound channels, existing business, and prospective customers.
  • Recommend OnLogic hardware and services based on a customer's specific technical requirements and project scope.
  • Consult with new and existing customers to qualify their project requirements.
  • Qualify and escalate leads quickly and accurately to Strategic Account Managers for timely follow-up.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive and desire to be part of a rapidly growing business.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Professional and upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent, and persuasive without being aggressive.
What We Offer
