POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate specializing in Life Sciences. The ideal applicant will have a robust background in biotechnology law, complemented by a degree in a relevant life sciences discipline such as biochemistry, biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Prior experience in a biotechnology legal practice.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical capabilities.
- The ability to manage and mentor junior associates effectively.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- A capacity for independent and creative problem-solving.
- A collaborative mindset to work within a team environment.
- Experience with Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical litigation in district courts or before the PTAB is preferred.
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Current licensure or eligibility to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
