Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Patent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong foundation in patent litigation, with experience in district court proceedings and/or before the ITC.
Key Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) from an ABA-accredited institution
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in California
• Proven experience in patent litigation
• Background in technology, particularly in electrical engineering or computer science, is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• Professional demeanor when interacting with clients
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
