Job Summary

As a Medical Assistant at Actalent, you will play a vital role in supporting the physician's practice by providing exceptional patient care and administrative services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document vital signs and maintain accurate patient records
  • Prepare patients and rooms for exams and procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
  • Organize and perform patient care services that support the physician's practice
  • Assist physicians with procedures and relay instructions to patients
  • Collect and document patient data, including concerns and messages
  • Administer medications as directed by the physician
  • Complete and accurate message taking, routing, and documentation
  • Assist with exams and procedures, and track and route test results
  • Maintain adequate inventory of medical, office, and pharmaceutical supplies
Requirements
  • Medical Assisting experience and knowledge of EMR systems
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
