About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction goals
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the fueling area and convenience store
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling customer payments and returns
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as fueling and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous retail or customer service experience required; leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
