About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced RN to work in a rapidly growing healthcare system. As a Perinatal Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering excellent care to mothers and newborns, collaborating with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine and complex care to patients, demonstrating independence and awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation.
  • Develop and implement plans of care, modifying them as needed to meet individual patient needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to promote optimal outcomes.
  • Evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Promote a safe environment by identifying and addressing potential safety risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in perinatal nursing preferred.
  • Current certification in Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
  • RN license in state of employment or compact required.
