Advanced Care Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Advanced Care Clinician to join our team at Community Action of South Texas. As an Advanced Care Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories, perform physical examinations, and develop treatment plans to address acute and chronic medical problems.
- Emergency Response: Perform emergency CPR in situations such as cardiac arrest or respiratory distress.
- Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with supervising physicians, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatments, and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and be certified as a State of Texas Certified Physician's Assistant/Nurse Practitioner. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and maintain current certifications and licenses.
