About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing services to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Oversee the med cart and work the floor as needed to ensure seamless care delivery.

  • Review staff performance and ensure adherence to state standards of quality care.
  • Assist with day-to-day functions within the nursing department and make rounds during patient checks.

  • Identify and address quality-assurance auditing issues.
  • Train new nursing staff and assist with care plans and assessments.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with great customer service skills, flexibility, compassion, and dependability. Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus, but all nurses are encouraged to apply. You must have a valid Ohio Nursing License and be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with co-workers, residents, family members, and business partners.
