Job Title: Regional Sales Director

The Oglebay team is seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Pennsylvania. This role will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop annual sales plans and initiatives to drive growth
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Solicit new and existing accounts through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, and written communications
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients
  • Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the property to previous, current, and potential clients

Requirements:
  • Documentable three (3) plus years of regional hospitality sales experience
  • Proven track record of maintaining a high closing ratio in regional hospitality sales
  • Established, transferable, hospitality industry "book of business" desired but not required
  • Strong understanding of Delphi Hospitality Software
  • Exceptional service and customer relations skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computers including Microsoft Office programs, internet search, social media, and sales management systems

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
