LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physiatrist to join our team in East Orange, New Jersey.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiatrist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physiatrist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
- Develop and implement a treatment plan to improve and enhance patient well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and compliance with treatment plans.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
