Ideal Candidates:
- Possess a high school diploma (or equivalent) and have prior experience in retail or sales (preferred)
- Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficiency in mathematics and technology, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive connections with clients
- Have a passion for holistic wellness with a basic understanding of massage and skincare services
Daily Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every client feels appreciated and understood
- Educate clients on the benefits of comprehensive wellness by promoting new and enhanced services, enrolling them in the Wellness Program, scheduling future appointments, and recommending retail products based on professional advice
- Facilitate smooth clinic operations by welcoming clients, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, responding to emails, and addressing client concerns
- Assist in expanding and maintaining a loyal client base through in-person interactions and outreach
