Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Worthington Steel. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts and cranes to move materials around the plant
  • Package and band materials for shipment
  • Ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of materials
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Assist in the setup and operation of machines
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks to ensure safe and efficient production
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend production orders and bills of material
