About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our Naked Farmer Careers team in Florida. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for helping our Restaurant Leaders foster culinary and hospitality excellence in our scratch-based kitchen.

Salary: $48,000 - $50,000 per year, with opportunities for career progression within our rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and plating.
  2. Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Liaise with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and negotiate prices.
  4. Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.
  5. Provide training and guidance to new team members.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Two or more years of experience cooking in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong culinary abilities, while remaining open to learning and coaching.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and the ability to execute job duties effectively.
