Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, analyzing, and disseminating essential financial data.
- Offering guidance to management and staff on financial reporting and related matters.
- Assisting in the preparation and review of budgets to ensure compliance and effective financial planning.
- Collaborating with management at all levels to deliver decision-making support for various initiatives.
- Engaging in special projects related to research, forecasting, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are advantageous.
Experience:
- A minimum of three years of experience in financial analysis or revenue cycle management is required.
- Healthcare experience is preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Understanding of key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, and product line analysis.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively and exchange accurate information.
- Capacity to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.
- Ability to manage physical records and operate office equipment.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $25.13 and $38.33 per hour, reflecting the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including work history, experience, skill set, and education.
